Girls and guys-How should I do my hair for the dance!?

Ok. The dance is this friday and I have No idea how to do my hair! My hair color is a faded purple :| and I need ideas! I was thinking about doing somthing with curling my hair but i cant just have my hair down and curled cuz ive already done that for the last two dances. please help! I also DON'T want a simple thing like my hair just up in a pony or it just straightend and stuff like that.

Here are the tools i can work with:

-Hair straightener

Curling iron

-Back combing (i don't want to only back comb it if thats ur idea)

lots of hair spray, jell



i think i can find alot more products on my sisters shelf so don't worry about sticking straight to the list.

hmm, how about a side Ponytail :)



1.)Take your hair brush or comb and get all knots and tangels out



2.)Brush all your hair to one side of your head and use a hair tie to secure it just behind and below you ear.



3.)Spritz the side pony tail with a little hair spray or rub in a small amount of curling gel or mousse. Let it settle and dry in for a few seconds



4.)Take small or medium sized piece of your hair and wrap around a curling tong for a few seconds, 10 to 20 should be plenty depending on the thickness and length of your hair.



5.)After unwrapping the strand of hair spritz the curl with a little hair spray.



6.)After you have finished curling all the hair take a thin curl and rap it around the hair tie to hide it and secure the curl in place with bobby pins into the hair tie.



7.)Pop on a small head band and off you go.
Curl yer hair, and then put it in a bun in the back with a little bit left out in the front. Then, make the hair in the front into perfect ringlets. I think it would be cute. Do whatever you think would look best. Have fun at the dance, and good luck with yer hair. =)

I do not know how long or short your hair is or what styles you like your hair...so I only have a couple suggestions..

Firstly, You can do like a half pony tail thing, but instead of a pony tail use bobby pins, um and curl the bottom portion of your hair. and with the top portion, tease it(back comb) so that you have not a huge bump, but a little volume...then put a head band on, simple black or white so it can match with whatever dress your wearing.



Also..you can part your hair to the side, and either keep it straight, or you can curl it, or make it wavy ( I personally think it looks better wavy, so like braid your hair the night before to make it wavy) and then take two smallish braids (about 4 or 5 mm thick) and braid those strands and fasten them behind your head.



You can google, or search on youtube for hair styles..i know there are ALOT of people who do tutorials of hair, on youtube.

wow! i hope this helps... it \is a little complicated tho... curl ur hair (iron or curlers) leave it dirty... for some reason that makes it better :) grab ALOT of bobbly pins and clips.... take small clumps of ur curled hair and do a simple twist and tightly pin it towards the top of the back of ur head... depending on how thick ur hair is it should all be pulled up in about 7-12 small clumps (just an estimation) if ur hair is a little past ur shoulder, ull have some hanging down so u may want to leave the ends down or pin them too. leave a few strands of hair and u should have a simple updo with some curly strands of hair left down... i hope it works!! :) :)
