I have extremely straight long hair. How can I get it to stay curled/scrunched in humid Florida weather?

I curl my hair with a straightener sometimes in the morning, but within the hour it is super straight again! What products/tips should i use? I'm tired of ALWAYS naturally super straight hair!!!I have extremely straight long hair. How can I get it to stay curled/scrunched in humid Florida weather?
i can totally relate to you. my hair is naturally straight and extends past my waist... on the other hand i don't curl my hair with a straightener i use the curling iron... to me it gives me more VOLUME which is nice in a while... anyhow u can use Garnier or Tresemme products to keep you hair in tack..... i like to use the garnier anti frizz control spray and its ok... also use a lot of hairspray to keep the curls just not too much to make it too stiff.. good luckI have extremely straight long hair. Go to your beautician and see what she/he thinks. They might be able to give you some tips. If you are really serious about getting rid of your straight hair, then get a perm if you want to. And if you don't like it, then you can just straighten it back to normal.

Also, try experimenting with curling. Curl your hair, then use a certain type of hairspray to keep it up. If it doesn't work, then try a different hairspray. And I've heard that if you use your hairdryer (on low), it can help, but I've never tried this, so I can't say.

Hope that helps you!
well first of all curl it with a curling iron instead of a straightener. also you could try using curlers before you go to sleep and sleeping with them. when u wake up take them out and apply gel or hairspray. you could also try herbal essences tousle me softly products like shampoo and conditioner
Go to a beutician and see what she says. If she wants you to buy some expensive brand, you might want to go online and search for coupons that you can print out.
