oh yeah curling with straightener doesnt work with my hair.Beautiful Curly Hair?
that style is achieved using a 3/4 inch curling iron. People who look weird when they curl their hair are using cheap irons that dont heat up hot enough, AND they dont apply a base hair product to keep the curls in a curly state!

Try this iron:

And to curl your hair, apply mousse to your hair until its damp, adn blowdry your hair until the mousse is dry, brushing while doing so. After your hair is dry, clip your hair up into sections, and curl your hair in 1 inch pieces and hold your hair until the outermost layer of your hair on the iron is warm, then let go. For that style, when you wrap your hair around the iron, dont do it layer over layer, do it in an 8 patern so your hair comes out almost like ringlets, but a bit more reformed. Repeat until your whole head is done, and finish off with hairspray

*Tip: if your hair has the little iron clamp mark at the end, then your not putting the ends at the right place! when you wravel your hair, push the clamp down a bit, and pull the curl in again so the hair is tight around the iron. This will make the ends of your hair go inside of the clamp, getting ride of the clamp mark.

Good luck!Beautiful Curly Hair?

ok, here's what you do.

it may be kinda hard to explain, but im gonna try anyways.

use a thin curling iron, and instead of taking a piece of hair and grabbing it in the curling iron, wrap the piece of hair around the iron. itll take a couple tries, but after time you should be able to perfect it!

and make sure to use a bunch of hairspray!
follow these steps:

1. Shampoo

2. Condition

3. Apply Mousse

4. Braid hair into eight sections

5. Sit under dryer for 30 minutes (DO NOT BLOW DRY)

6. Apply an olive oil gel to the ends of your hair while you are under the dryer

7. Unbraid

8. Spray with a natural olive oil sheen

9. Tie ribbon or bow scarf around hair.
Rollers.

Curling irons are too complicated and you may not get the result you wanted.
You could use a 1/2'; barrel curling iron. Take a section of hair and clamp the lower part of your the curling iron onto the end of your hair. Then turn the curling iron so that the hair wraps around it spiriling up toward the tip of the curling iron. Let it heat for a few seconds then open the clamp and carefully slide the curling iron down off of your hair. You should be left with a spiral curl. Then take another section of hair and keep doing the same thing until all of your hair is curled.

There are some spiral curling irons which have an extra spiral piece wrapped around the barrel, but I haven't tried them so I don't know how they work. It seems like that extra spiral is supposed to be a guide for your hair. If you can find one of those is might be just what you're looking for. If not, you can do the same thing with a regular curling iron.
