Do you have to have a small hair straightener to curl you hair with it?

I've watched a video on youtube on how to curl your hair with a straightening iron but, I tried it with mine and it didn't work.. I have a bigger iron than the girl who did it though... is there a way to curl it with a bigger iron???Do you have to have a small hair straightener to curl you hair with it?
i have a bigger iron too.



most of the time it just makes bigger curls, but it might not be hot enough.



your hair could be too short too for it to wrap around at least once.

go over your hair longer, whilst turning the straighteners more angled.
Just get a curling iron.
The person on youtube probably had one of those special thingamabobbery straightener/curler thing. Get one if that's your problem. Hope I helped-
i don't see why that would be a problem, just take less hair mabye ?

i curl minee almost everyday with a 1'; straightner.
