well obviously a straightener is to straight hair. you sould have a curling iron to make it curly. the names says it all
Well.

I have a hair straightener.

I saw this in a magazine

its hard to explain. tell me if you understood.

what you do is.

1. turn your hair straightener on.

2. Get bits of your hair and clamp the straightener at the top and slowly twirl the straightener outwards up.

I am not a hair dresser though. I have tried it before and it works.
ok this is how you do it.

1) take a small section of your hair like you would for straightening.

2) make sure you have the hightest heat temp.

3) clamp the hair in your straightener as usual, make sure the hair is in the middle of the plates.

4) Turn the hair straightener 180 degrees

5) slowly pull down

6) repeat this.
Great question,I did that before %26amp; it came out great.

Get plastic curling rods of the size curl you would like-or plastic rollers. No foam ones though.Part your hair the way you'd like your curls to fall and roll your hair. Then apply your straightener product.Be careful, you don't want to do it after and have the product sit on your hair too long while rolling.Be sure to use a clock or timer and moisturize well when done.

Now if you are talking about a Sraight Iron, that's a whole nother story. But I see someone on here has a solution for that too.

: )
You basically get it and pull it forward, then you'll av a lil piece of hair at the bottom. Grab onto that and pull the flat iron down following it SLOWLY if you want more bounce.

It's much easier to watch a youtube vid, but thats all i can say lol its just easier to watch.

hopefully that was some help though!
u have to buy a curler
instead if going straight down, wrap it around the hot part and hold it.

then unwrap it, and it should curl your hair.
section your hair as you would when straightning it, and twist the straightner instead of going straight...its hard to explain but im sure there's plenty of videos on youtube
well the youtube vids make it easiest

but basically

you take a section of hair,

at the top

clamp it in your starightener

then flip it 180 degrees

then pull it down a little so itdoesnt get too tight

then flip it another 180 deg.

so its on the side it started

then pull down you hair till the end

the slower you go, the tighter your curl

:) gl
follow these steps

# Start off by dividing your hair, this can be done by parting your hair into two parts straight down the middle. For each side, roll your hair into a bun and hold it up with a clip. You also should repeat the last step for the other part of your hair.

# Turn on your straightener, and place it onto a sensible place.

# You will then need to take a bit of hair out of your bun this section of your hair you take out should be as thick as one of your fingers.

# You then need to hold that section of hair near the end of the straightener. You are then required to place the iron over the section of your hair. Afterwards, wrap that section of hair around the bottom plate.

# You will then need to gently close the straightener lightly gripping the section of your hair. Then glide the straightener down towards the ends and rotate it outwards. If you don't like the curl you end up with you can always try again on the same section of your hair

# You then need to repeat step 3-5, and use it to curl up the rest of your hair with a straightener.
go on youtube, the have videos that show you how to do, what better way to learn then to see it done right there in front of you :D best of luck
You can do it with GHDs

Doesn't that defy the purpose of a hair straightener?
