you have to have a very thin straightener to do it.... but



1. seperate in small chunks

2. start at the root and move the iron down while turning it clockwise

3. spray with hairspray or gel



this will create loose waves.... honestly using a curling iron is much easier if you're a beginer.

2.you put ur hair around the straightner like a curleer

3.curl!!!

but for a cute style until you get a curling iron



just do a few little braids at the top of your head going down a few different ways when you go to bed



in the morning take them out and you'll have some cute little crimpage goin on
yes you CAN curl your hair with a flat iron. you need it to be SUPER hot (chi works best for me). take you hair in small strands put the iron over the top part of your hair as close to the scalp as possible. Tightly flip the iron up so it makes the hair curve toward the ceiling and pull hard straight down, hair stull flipped up toward the ceiling. The curls you will get will be tight and wild and messy, but I LOVE that look especially if I'm out with friends or at a party. It works better for short hair.l Don't spray a ton of hairspray that is heavy, it will weight it down. A good thing to get if you want the curls to last is a type of curl hold that you would usually cook onto your hair with a curling iron. It's light and looks more natural.
